HELP! I received a Swanson product that doesn't have a plastic wrapper around the top. Was the product compromised?
No, we made an environmentally- friendly change to our packaging. Starting April 1,2019, products bottled in-house no longer feature the unnecessary plastic wrapper around the top. This small change doesn't impact your product at all, but it helps the environment by reducing plastic waste by 25,000 pounds a year and reduces our carbon footprint. Look for the pressure seal under the lid for guaranteed quality, safety and freshness.
Without the plastic wrapper, how can I be sure my product wasn't tampered with?
The inner induction seal has been, and continues to be, the tamper evident technology used by Swanson Health to guarantee the safety of our products. This technology is exceptionally reliable and cannot be easily replicated by a third party. The inner induction seal is the industry standard in protecting integrity and customer safety.
Why do some of the products in my order have a plastic wrapper and others do not?
Some products shipping now were bottled prior to the change and will still have a wrapper. You may see the same products without plastic wrappers in future orders after we sell through the inventory that is already bottled. Also, this environmentally- friendly change only applies to products that are bottled in Fargo, ND, facility.
What is the environmental impact of removing the plastic wrapper from your bottles?
By removing the unnecessary plastic wrapper from our products, we are preventing 25,000 pounds a year of plastic waste, using 225,000 kWh less electricity per year, and reducing our carbon emissions by 159 metric tons a year.
Do your products contain beef or pork?

What payment methods do you accept on your website?
You can by credit card (all major cards accepted), Paypal, PAYNOW or Cash on Delivery*
(COD is for Singapore only). Paynow is a new service that allows you to send money instantly from your Singapore bank account using a mobile banking app. (Actually, for payment to companies, you send to the company's UEN No., not to a mobile number)
How do I pay using Paynow?
Login to your mobile banking app. Look for the new PAYNOW or "SCAN & PAY option."
If using PAYNOW, Select the "UEN" option and enter our UEN number - 201423319WPTE.
Or if you are using "SCAN & PAY", then scan our QR Code. The name "Vitadeals" should appear in your app.
Enter the amount to pay, and in the reference window, please enter your name and preferably your order number,
(so we know who is sending payment) then confirm the transfer.

Are your products safe and are they approved for sale in Singapore?
Yes our products are 100% safe! All our products are made in the USA by Swanson, and meet the highest US Goverment health and safety standards. Swanson's manufacturing facilities are fully GMP certified by NSF International, the world's leading authority on standards development and public safety.
We submit all details of our products to HSA for classification. The HSA conducts random checks on our products, and sends them for testing, to ensure they meet their guidelines. However, HSA does not "approve" products as such. There is currently no Singapore government health institution giving "approval" for health supplements, as long as they do not contain any adulterants or substances that contravene the poisons act.
Where are your products made?
All Swanson products are manufactured in their own factories in the U.S.A., or in Canada. Swanson are the largest family-owned supplement company in the US, with over 650 employees in their North Dakota manufacturing facility. Being family-owned, they are very passionate and almost obsessive about product quality and efficacy.
Why are your prices so low?
Because we operate online, we can dramatically reduce our operating costs. If we were to supply the pharmacy chains, or rent shops in the shopping centres and employ sales staff, we would basically have to double our prices. This way, we can pass all the savings on to you, the consumer.
Is the quality any different from the expensive brands?
No. Most big health supplement companies buy their ingredients from the same suppliers. For instance, CoQ10 (Co-enzyme Q10, a heart health supplement) is a patented ingredient manufactured by one Japanese company, Kaneka Corporation. Every brand has to buy it from them. The final price the brand sells at is purely a business decision.
I understand that orders over $60 have free delivery - but what if my order is less than $60?
If your order is less than $60, then there is a $6 delivery charge, as we use a courier company to deliver directly to your home.
How long do I have to wait for delivery?
We will deliver to you within 2 working days. Eg, If you order before noon on Monday, you will receive your order latest by Wednesday. If you order on Friday, you will receive your order latest by Tuesday. Depending on our delivery schedule, we may be able to deliver even earlier.
Can you deliver in the evenings, or on Saturdays?
Currently there is no weekend or evening delivery possible, as to ensure prompt and reliable service, we are using our own staff to deliver your order, Monday to Friday.
Once we have received your order, we will call you the following working day to arrange the delivery timing
Where can I buy your products apart from the website? Can I come to your office and buy?
We don't have any outlets in the shopping centres. Shop rentals in Singapore are ridiculously high. Running our business online is how we keep our prices so low!
However, if you prefer to come to our office and collect your order yourself, you are most welcome! On the checkout page, just click the option "Self-Collect". Or, we can help key in your order when you come to the office.
Where is your office?
Please note that our office is in Loyang, near Changi, and we are open from 10.30am to 6.00pm Mon-Fri. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Please call in advance (tel 65422348 or hp 98187218) to let us know you are coming, as sometimes we may be out for urgent deliveries or errands.

Which bus can I take to your office?
You can take bus number 6 from Pasir Ris MRT, and get down at the 9th bus stop, outside KRISLITE Building. Our building is just across the road.

Can I still change my order, or change my delivery details once the order is confirmed?
If you have realised an error in your order or changed your mind shortly after placing your order, please
contact us +65 6542 2348 (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) or email us immediately and we will try our best to
help. If more than 24 hours have passed, your item may have already gone out for delivery.
How can I check on the status of my order
Once your package is packed and ready for delivery, we will send an email. If you have registered, You
can check the status of your order by clicking "My Account". If you have not registered, you can send us an SMS or Whatsapp to 98187218

How will I know what time the delivery courier will arrive?
The courier will call you the day before delivery to arrange the time, and once again when he is on the way to
deliver to you. If you are not in, we will need to charge you $6 for re-delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
I ordered the wrong item - can I return it to you?
Yes, providing the item is still sealed, in good condition, and you notify us within 7 days of receiving the
item. Please email us email@example.com or or call us on +65 6542 2348 from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, for
further instructions. You will need to return or post the item to our office, or pay for the courier charges ($6).
What happens if I order cash on delivery, and forgot to prepare the cash for the delivery man?
Sorry, we will not be able to deliver in this case.
Can you send to Malaysia? Indonesia? Alaska?
Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world using Singapore Post's Air Parcel service. There's a freight calculator on the shopping cart page
What is the expiry date? What is the typical shelf life of your products?
The expiry date is 2 years from the date of manufacture printed on the label, unless stated otherwise on the packaging.
Swanson's belief is that fresher is always better, so they specify a relatively short shelf life of 2 years, compared to most other competing brands who stretch their shelf life from a typical 3 years to as long as 5 years. Hence as the distributor, we are encouraged to re-order "little and often" rather than stock up, ensuring that you are always getting the freshest products in the market.
Can I check the expiry dates before I place my order?
Sure, just send us an SMS or Whatsapp to 98187218 (or an email) listing the items you want, and we will let you know the exact expiry date.
What does "Full Spectrum" mean?
Usually it refers to herbal products, and means it is simply the powdered form of the seeds, roots, leaves or bark of the herb. It is different from an extract, where the herb has been processed to extract the key ingredient beleived to be responsible for it's benefits. Sometimes an extract is better, but it is our belief that generally, nutrients are always more effective when used in their whole-food form, as found in nature, and when synergistically supported by the rich matrix of nutrients they are found within.

How do I shop and place my order?
It's a very simple process. Follow these easy steps:
1) Find the product you want using the search bar, or choose from the categories on the left of the page
Clicking on the picture of the item will give bring you to the product page where you can view more details.
2) Click "Add to Cart". You will be brought to the "Shopping Cart" page, where you can see exactly what's in
your "Cart". If you require more than one bottle of that product, you can amend the quantity there. Don't
forget to click "Update Cart" if you change the quantity.
If you are using a "Coupon Code" to get an an additional discount, please enter it in the box above the
Click on "Continue Shopping" if you want to add more items. You can continue adding as many products as you
like. Don't worry, if you change your mind, you can remove or add items at later, by clicking on the
"Shopping Cart" icon on the top right hand side of the screen. You can see the total cost there, too.
Once you have finished shopping, click on "Proceed to Checkout"
3) At this point you can choose "Checkout as guest" or "Register". "Checkout as guest" will be slightly faster,
but next time you shop with us, you will have to re-enter your delivery details etc again. If you register,
your details are saved, so that on your next visits, you can save time. (Plus registering will get you many
other benefits, such as order tracking, special offers etc.)
If you have registered earlier, then click "Login" after entering your email address & password.
4)Enter your "Billing Information" (this should be your full name & the address your credit card statements are
sent to). Click "Continue"
Enter "Shipping information" if the address you want the goods to be delivered to is different from your
Billing address. Click "Continue"
5) Select the the "Shipping Method". In Singapore this always the same, delivery by courier. If your purchase is
more than $60, delivery is free within Singapore. If the purchase total is below $60, the delivery cost is
$6. Click "Continue"
6) Click "Payment Information". Choose from Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, Master, American Express, or Discover), or Cash
on Delivery. Dont worry, none of your credit card or Paypal details are visible to us!
7) Click "Order Review". If everything is ok, please click "Place Order". If you wish to amend the order, click "Edit
If you clicked "Place Order" you will be notified of your order number, and a confirmation email will be sent
to you with details of your order and a link to track its progress. You can also print a copy of your order confirmation.
