How do I shop and place my order, and make payment?
If possible, log in to your account first, so you can earn reward points ("Vitadollars"), enjoy easier checkout etc.
However you do not need to be logged in or registered to purchase - you can always "check out as guest".
Either way, it's a very simple process. Follow these easy steps:
1) Find the product you want using the search bar, or choose from the categories on the left of the page.
If you tap on the picture of the item, or hold your mouse over it, you can see a summary of the product benefits.
There are also two buttons, "Add to cart" and "Product Page", at the bottom.
"Add to cart"will immediately add 1 bottle of the item into your shopping cart, without leaving the current page.
If you want to read more about the item, click on "Product Page".
If you wish to add the item to your wishlist to save for later reference, click on the "heart icon" at the top right corner.
(You need to be logged in to use this feature.)
2) When you add an item to the cart, you can see the green Shopping Cart tab at the top right of the page will be updated.
To review, remove or change the items in your cart, click or tap on this tab.
If you require more or less of that product, you can amend the quantity there. Don't forget to click "Update Cart" if you change the quantity.
Once you have finished shopping, click on "Proceed to Checkout" from the Shopping Cart, or simply click "Checkout" from the menu bar
3) Once you've clicked "Checkout", you are brought to the "Shipping" page. At this point you can confirm the address for delivery, and choose whether you wish to have your order delivered, or collect it from our office. In Singapore, delivery is always by courier. If your purchase is more than $60, delivery is free within Singapore. If the purchase total is below $60, the delivery cost is $6.
Click "Next" to proceed to the Payment stage
4) You should now be on the Payment page. On the right hand side of the page you can see the Order Summary. If everything is ok, the choose your payment method.
Choose from Credit Card (Visa, Master, American Express, or Discover), PayNow or Cash on Delivery. Don't worry, none of your credit card or PayNow details are visible to us! If you have a coupon code, click on "Apply Coupon Code", and type it in the box.
7) If everything is ok, please click "Place Order". If you wish to amend the order or continue shopping, click the green shopping cart tab.
If you clicked "Place Order" you will be notified of your order number, and a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your order.
You can also print a copy of your order confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept on your website?
You can by credit card (all major cards accepted), PAYNOW or Cash on Delivery* (COD is for Singapore only). Paynow is a new service that allows you to send money instantly from your Singapore bank account using a mobile banking app. (Actually, for payment to companies, you send to the company's UEN No., not to a mobile number)
How do I pay using Paynow?
Login to your mobile banking app. Look for the new PAYNOW or "SCAN & PAY option."
If using PAYNOW, Select the "UEN" option and enter our UEN number - 201423319WPTE.
Or if you are using "SCAN & PAY", then scan our QR Code. The name "Vitadeals" should appear in your app.
Enter the amount to pay, and in the reference window, please enter your name and preferably your order number,
(so we know who is sending payment) then confirm the transfer.
Please SMS or Whatsapp us on 98187218 or call 65422348 (office hours) to let us know you have paid.
Where can I buy your products apart from the website? Can I come to your office and buy?
We don't have any outlets in the shopping centres. Shop rentals in Singapore are ridiculously high. Running our business online is how we keep our prices so low! However, if you prefer to come to our office and collect your order yourself, you are most welcome!
Please note that our office is in Ubi Road 1, near Paya Lebar, and we are open from 9.30am to 6.00pm Mon-Fri. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Please call in advance (tel 65422348 or hp 98187218) to let us know you are coming, as sometimes we may be out for urgent deliveries or errands.

Can I still change my order, or change my delivery details once the order is confirmed?
If you have realised an error in your order or changed your mind shortly after placing your order, please contact us +65 6542 2348 (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) or email us immediately and we will try our best to help. If more than 8 hours have passed, your item may have already gone out for delivery.
How can I check on the status of my order
Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track your order. If you have registered, You can check the status of your order by clicking "My Account". If you have not registered, you can contact us at email@example.com or call us on +65 6542 2348 from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
I ordered the wrong item - can I return it to you?
Yes, providing the item is still sealed, in good condition, and you notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or or call us on +65 6542 2348 from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, for further instructions. You will need to return the item to our office, or pay for the courier charges ($6).
How will I know what time the delivery courier will arrive?
The courier will call you the day before delivery to arrange the time, and once again when he is on the way to deliver to you.
What happens if I order cash on delivery, and forgot to prepare the cash for the delivery man?
You can pay by Paynow or FAST bank transfer.
