There's something wrong with my product. Can I return it?
Of course you can. If you are in any way dissatisfied with any product you bought from us, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem.

I ordered the wrong item - can I return it to you?
Yes, providing the item is still sealed, in good condition, and you notify us within 7 days of receiving the
item. Please email us email@example.com or or call us on +65 6542 2348 from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, for
further instructions. You will need to return or post the item to our office, or pay for the courier charges ($6).
Can I still change my order, or change my delivery details once the order is confirmed?
If you have realised an error in your order or changed your mind shortly after placing your order, please
contact us +65 6542 2348 (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) or email us immediately and we will try our best to
help. If more than 24 hours have passed, your item may have already gone out for delivery.
